I’m a yoga teacher with a curious, adventurous spirit, rooted in the deep waters of Lake Michigan. Yoga has been my greatest teacher, helping me find calm in the chaos and a deeper sense of self.

I’m a 200-hour RYT and have trained in Yin, Vinyasa for youth, and with Baron Baptiste, with years of continued study and practice.

In my classes, you can expect a big smile, a warm hug, and a nurturing practice that invites you to connect with your inner wisdom.

Recently hosted an incredible group of 110 humans for a 10-day challenge in support of Minneapolis neighbors during the I.C.E occupation. We raised over $4,000 to support our community and felt the collective support of meditation.
