hi, i’m emma
I come from a curious, adventurous spirit that has always been open to new experiences. I’m rooted in the deep waters of Lake Michigan and the dense forests surrounding my family log cabin home. As a lifelong seeker, yoga has been my greatest teacher, helping me find calm within the chaos and a deeper sense of self.
I completed my 200-hour RYT at Minnesota Power Yoga in 2016, Level 1 Training with Baron Baptiste in Tulum, Mexico in 2018, Yin Yoga at Up Yoga in 2019, and Vinyasa Yoga for Youth with Ryan Leier in 2020, along with continued self-study and exploration.
You can expect a big smile and warm hug in my classes, paired with a nurturing practice that invites you to tune into your inner wisdom.
